Affinity Tag Purification

Once you’ve induced production of your protein, grown the cells overnight, then lysed them to extract the contents - you’ll need a method for purifying the resulting cell extract. If you were clever with your Gene Block design, you remembered to include some kind of affinity tag for cell purification. The following protocols will let you purify your protein based upon that affinity tag.
